The Coke Zero and Barley Water With Lemon complement these dishes nicely, enhancing the overall dining experience. “ On a rainy day in Tsim Sha Tsui, we found ourselves at Crystal Jade, conveniently located in Harbour City which is connected to our Hotel. As we stepped inside, the aroma of delectable dim sum greeted us, promising a feast for the senses. The ambiance was inviting, with warm lighting and bustling activity adding to the dining experience. While their dim sum selection stole the spotlight, we were pleasantly surprised by their rice combinations as well. Each dish was a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's expertise in Cantonese cuisine. Despite the dreary weather outside, our dinner at Crystal Jade was a highlight of our stay in Tsim Sha Tsui. With its convenient location, impeccable service, and mouthwatering dishes, it is also a good value for money. ”
“ New Crystal Jade restaurant with a much vamped up menu. Their aim for a more michelin style restaurant means prices are higher and more detail added to their presentation. Everything we ordered was very tasty. The cold pork belly rolled up with cucumber and chilli was fantastic and came with quite a kick! The sweet and sour fish has always been my favorite and to finish, I tried a new dessert with the "Ying yang" theme that consisted of one red bean filled light doughball and the other darker one filled with black sesame. Very nice indeed! The self ordering was a huge disappointment. If you're aiming for high end catering, then you should provide the high end service. Don't leave your customers wasting time searching through an app, trying to find a dish that they saw in your menu! ”
“ Atmosphere was great, maybe because we were the first customers, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. The food was quite good, the black truffle sumai was my favourite, the pork inside was pleasantly juicy, not dry at all. ”
“ Every dish was delicious and well-prepared. However, the portions are quite small for the price, so it does feel a bit expensive overall. ”
“ Chain brand name restaurant. Fresh making ‘Siu Long Bao’ and Shanghai noodles. Have a nice dinner with friends or family is a good choice ”
“ Fast wait time. Service was initially fast then slowed down. I loved the xiao long bao and fried rice. We ordered a beef course but didn’t like it. It was full of cilantro. Cover charge for snack and water/tea. There is a charge for container and plastic bag for takeout. Highly recommended when in HongKong. Ice not available. ”
“ We haven't been to Crystal Jade chain for a while because the quality of some of its branches was clearly deteriorating over the years, both with food and service. Recently, I had the opportunity to grab a quick lunch at this branch in Ocean Centre, and I am so pleased to see the quality of the food was that I used to remember. I will certainly return and get reacquainted with Crystal Jade. Update January 2025 We returned a few times, the most recent one, in January 2025. I am confident to report that the quality was maintained throughout, and extra dishes added to the menu. The name had also changed slightly, now called Jiang-nan Crystal Jade, a higher grade version of the chain. ”
